Jeg har desværre ikke en butik med udstillingsmodeller af el løbehjul, el cykler, EUC og e-skateboards. Dette er for at kunne tilbyde så lave priser som muligt, og derved skære så mange udgifter væk, og give de laveste priser. Skulle jeg have butik / showroom, ville alle priser minimum være 30-40% højere, til at dække lønninger, husleje, forsikring mv. Ønsker du at se en model, er mit bedste svar, at du må lave en så god søgning, man nu kan lave på Google / Youtube, og så vurdere derfra. Jeg vejleder dig også gerne.

When you buy electric scooters, EUC, e-skateboards and electric bicycles at Wheelriders.dk, the payment is in two parts. The first payment is my brokerage commission (which is a certain percentage of the item's price), this is paid via a regular account transfer to my bank at Nordea. The subsequent payment is the transfer you must make to my business partner, which constitutes the remaining amount of the item's price. If you buy accessories, these can usually be paid for with VISA, Mastercard, invoice or AMEX - sent to you with DAO, Postnord, Bring or GLS.

I don't have a physical store - nor a showroom (as it looks now). All sales are made via the website - however, I have spare parts / accessories in physical stock and ship from the Greater Copenhagen area. It is also possible to pick up accessories by appointment in Ballerup.

When you buy an electric scooter, EUC, electric bicycle or e-skateboard, you are dealing directly with my business partner (the manufacturer). I will send you the necessary information you need to complete the transaction. I have established cooperation agreements with some of the biggest brands in the world such as; Nanrobot, Yume, Kaabo, Shengmilo and many others. It is on the basis of these contacts that I pass on information to you so that the purchase can be completed. I act as your Danish contact person / agent.

Unfortunately, you cannot buy in installments. You must pay the full amount before your order is sent - this applies regardless of whether you are buying an electric scooter, EUC, e-skateboard, electric bicycle or accessories. If you want an installment plan, you must contact a financial institution.

Yes, all products you can buy are all brand new. They all come new in a box with manual & charger. If the warranty certificate is not somewhere in your manual, write to me and I will send it to you immediately.

Yes all items are new.

Purchases of accessories are sent with either DAO, Bring or Postnord to the nearest parcel shop or directly to your address - depending on the size of the order. You should count on 1-3 days of shipping - depending on what time of the week you order.

Yes, all products you find on Wheelriders.dk have the CE certificate.

Should the unthinkable happen that you do not receive your item after you have paid, I will contact my business partner immediately and have it solved as fast as I can. I work via a platform where there is a guarantee of goods recieved or full refund of the amount to you as a customer, so you are fully covered in this case.

I can guarantee you that your item will be shipped after payment is received. The business partners I have established contacts with are all handpicked. They make a living by supplying electric scooters, EUC, e-skateboards and electric bikes to individuals as well as companies around the world. Nor do they want a bad reputation for their business. I collaborate with i.a. Kaabo, InMotion, Begode, Kugoo, TNE, Zero factories, YUME and many more.

All purchases of electric scooters, EUC, e-skateboards and electric bicycles on Wheelriders.dk have a warranty certificate included with the purchase. You can write to me if you experience problems with your item during the warranty, then I will probably contact my respective business partner where the transaction was made. The specific guarantee depends on my business partner and which product is sold. EUC, e-skateboards and electric scooters are roughly within the same duration of warranty; somewhere between 6-12 months. The electric bikes you find on the website are often 12-36 months old - depending on the model. Certain partners cover the motor, controller and charger under the warranty. Other partners also cover smaller items such as tyres, hoses, brakes, running lights and smaller parts such as foot pedals.

If it needs to have spare parts changed, lubricated, checked or similar, this will be something you are responsible for yourself. It is always a good idea to check if your local bike shop can help with service before you buy a fat bike. I have an agreement with MT cycles in Hvidovre, where they take in and make both electric bicycles and electric scooters. This is a service you pay for yourself. It is not incl. in the price of the vehicle. You cannot hand in your electric scooter, EUC, e-skateboard or electric bicycle to me. If we are talking about a major repair/replacement of major parts, then the item would have to be sent to a European warehouse. If this is during your warranty period, and is not caused by lack of maintenance or the like, then this will be covered under your warranty. In some cases, you may be charged a small amount for shipping of DKK 2-300 - an amount charged from my business partner.

You write to me, then I will contact my business partner on your behalf. 

It is either included in the box when it is delivered to you, and if it is not, you can see the specific warranty under each model. The guarantee starts on the day you receive the item. 

Should you be unlucky enough to receive your item from my business partner where something is broken, this must be documented with pictures and videos. You send these to me by email, hej@wheelriders.dk, and I will contact my business partner on your behalf. Often this can be solved by having new parts sent home. You basically change these yourself. You can also pay yourself from that, but it is basically not something my business partner (the manufacturer) covers. 

No, you don't have that, as the purchase of the item takes place abroad. You have a warranty on your electric scooter, EUC, e-skateboard or electric bicycle that insures you against manufacturing defects – not lack of maintenance. All accessories purchased on the website are subject to the Danish purchase law and a 2-year right of complaint.

Yes, when purchasing accessories, the Danish sales law applies.

No, you certainly aren't! Of course, you have your warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. And I will be happy to contact my respective business partner on your behalf if there is anything during your warranty period. Read delivery conditions here.

Yes, I can also get spare parts - you will find a large selection on the website already. If not seen on the website then reach out to me and I will see what I can do. 

All prices you see on the website when you buy electric scooters, e-skateboards, EUC or electric bikes are the total price for shipping, import charges, my commission and the price of the item. However, if you choose to pay via Paypal (rather than making an International bank transfer), Paypal will require an additional 4% of the amount . My business partner will only ship your order on the full amount has been paid. You will receive a tracking number.

You pay an intermediary commission to me, which is a certain percentage of the item's price. This is the share I take to set up a purchase for you via one of my business partners.

The price you see on my website includes both my commission and item price, import charges as well as shipping. So you do not pay anything extra when you receive your item.

You shop through me, as you thereby have a Danish contact person for these brands. I help you with communication regarding the guarantee, where you save a lot of time. At the same time, I have established good relationships with these business partners - this gives me advantages that also benefit you.

Unfortunately that is not an option since this will violate how my business has been established and how it works.

All accessories on Wheelriders.dk are sold and shipped from my warehouse here in Greater Copenhagen. Expected delivery time is 2-4 days. You make full payment to me. The Danish Sales Act applies here. 

Like much else in the world, and other websites that sell electric scooters, EUC, e-skateboards and electric bicycles, these brands are primarily produced in large factories in China, where they regularly send deliveries to European warehouses. Here they are then sent out to customers. I can vouch for all the brands I work with 100%, and they are carefully selected. All products are at least CE marked.

Electric scooters, EUCs and e-skateboards must be able to run a maximum of 20 km/h. on public roads and a helmet is required.

Your e-bike must be able to travel at a maximum speed of 45 km/h. With that top speed, liability insurance and a helmet are required. If your electric bike travels a maximum of 40 km/h, without you pedaling yourself, you must NOT take out liability insurance (but contact your insurance for more information as a safety precaution). Your electric bike must be able to travel a maximum of 25 km/h without you pedaling. 

It depends somewhat on the agreement my business partner has with the shipping companies. But it will most often be UPS, DHL, Postnord, Dachser, GLS or FedEx that delivers your order to the address you have provided. You get a tracking number so you can follow the package.

It all depends on the specific situation. If it is a product defect that is covered under the warranty, you do not have to pay to send the product back. Regardless, you must contact hej@wheelriders.dk, and you must attach documentation.

Yes, you will get a tracking from me as soon as I get it from my business partner.

Yes, I can more or less deliver to all of Europe, however, both freight and import charges will most likely not be the same, and therefore the prices may also be different from those you see on the page, as these are calculated from a Danish address.

Topfarten afhænger ikke kun af motorens watt. Det er nemlig også væsentligt at kigge på hvilken controller (cyklens computer), der sidder i cyklen. Hvis der sidder en controller i cyklen, der ikke udnytter cyklens fulde watt, vil du kunne opleve topfarten ikke er så høj, som den måske kunne være. Du kan med fordel købe en kraftigere controller, således alle watt kan udnyttes. 

It depends on which model you choose; whether it is ready at the factory or must be produced after your order has been received. My business partners do not want to have too many pre-assembled products sin stock. This is also to ensure you get an item that is brand new from the factory. It may be 2 days after you pay for it to be shipped. It can also be 1 month later if it is to be produced first, but of course I will make you aware of this before a final purchase. Therefore, expected delivery times you see on the website are estimates.

The transfer you have to make to my business partner requires min. is 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must get a friend or someone from your family who is over 18 to make the transfer. You must min. be 16 years old and have a moped driving license to ride electric bikes with more than 250w.

Yes, you can. As long as the person is over 18 years of age.

If you receive your item and it is not you, you feel it is bigger than you expected or similar, you cannot send the item back. If we can make an exception and you can send it back, you pay for the return of the item yourself. The product must be returned to the warehouse in Europe it came from. See more under delivery conditions at the bottom of the page. 

Your purchase can always be canceled as long as your order has not yet been dispatched from my partner's warehouse. If the item has first been sent, then you would have to pay yourself to return the item back to the warehouse.
